Throatlift Chokeout

Shelly doesn't like the look of her newest client, and she was right to worry -- The killer bashes her head against the wall, wraps his hands around her throat and squeezes! He hangs on relentlessly as she sputters for air, smacking and trying to escape. The struggle is futile as he hoists her up in the air by her neck then slowly watching her as she makes her way to the ground, down and out for good.
