The Summoning 3

Kayla and Maggie are sisters hanging out home on an average evening watching TV and bored. Kayla wants to try and do something fun but Maggie just wants to swipe on her phone and send selfies to her friends. Her older sister throws out some ideas and then brings up a mirror ritual game she read about online. Kayla explains the rules about saying an ancient spirit’s name three times to briefly summon them. Maggie is not impressed by Kayla’s superstition and decides instead to go up to her room. Kayla watches TV a few moments then decides that she is going to try the game out anyway and goes to her room.

Maggie lies in bed taking a variety of selfies, oblivious to her sisters mirror ritual. Kayla looks into the large mirror in her own bedroom and says the name of the spirit three times. She gets nervous for a moment, hyping up her superstitions. But it appears as if nothing happens when she waits for a spirit. Just as Kayla is about to leave her room a dark entity appears behind her and wraps its arm around her neck. Kayla is shocked at the sudden attack, struggling against the demonic entity she has summoned into her room. She gasps for air and clutches at her throat, eyes full of fear. She struggles and flails but can do little to resist the dark force. The demon tosses Kayla onto the ground and she tries to catch her breath, but in a moment the demon is back on her. Hand around her neck, crushing her throat, Kayla’s eyes go wide as her feet slip and slide against the floor. She spasms and struggles, her tongue sticking out from the intense force. After much struggling the demon twists her head to the side and snaps Kayla’s neck. The summoner is slayed, her body spasming out on the floor as the demon takes ahold of her corporeal form.

Maggie goes back downstairs to watch more TV, unaware of what has been happening next door to her. She is surprised not to find her sister on the couch but turns on the TV anyway. After a few moments the TV turns off and won’t turn back on. Maggie tries the remote repeatedly, frustrated it won’t work. She steps over to the TV and checks out the wires behind it. The laundry room door opens behind Maggie eerily, revealing her sister Kayla only now she is pale and possessed, devoid of life. The demonic Kayla approaches from behind and then attacks Maggie from behind, wrapping her arm around her sisters neck in a chokehold. Maggie struggles in surprise, trying to get free. Kayla holds on tight as she squeezes her sister and takes her breath away. Maggie gasps for air as she gets lightheaded from the pressure. Maggie is able to break free and questions why her own sister would hurt her like this. Then she gets a a good look at the possessed Kayla smiling freakily and realizes the mirror game must have worked. Before she can make a move to escape, Kayla lurches forward and wraps two hands around her neck pushing Maggie against the wall. The possessed sister throws Maggie down onto the ground and then throttles her on the floor. Maggie gasps for air as she is constricted by the demonic entity. She looks up at her possessed sister in terror. After a struggle on the floor Maggie’s arms fall back and she goes limp on the floor, her tongue sticking out from the strangling pressure. After her sister is dead, the possessed Kayla stands up and looks down before the demon suddenly leaves her body. Kayla’s body spasms and collapses on the floor, leaving both sisters corpses in the living room to be found some time later.
