Sarah prepares for her upcoming Dance Class and warms up with some flexibility stretches at home. She sits down on the floor and spreads her legs wide while stretching out and touching her toes. She finishes up her stretches then relaxes on the couch and scrolls through her phone while she waits for her ride. What Sarah doesn't know is that a psycho is hiding behind the couch with a chloroform rag, waiting patiently for the opportunity to strike... While Sarah texts on her phone, the Intruder rises from behind her with the rag in hand. She looks up into the camera of the attacker as he records her shocked and fearful expression. Before she can move to get away the arm wraps around her mouth and covers her face with the chloroformed rag. Sarah feebly tries to escape and move away while the Intruder follows her every movement with the rag over her mouth and nose. She breathes in the noxious fumes and begins to grow hazy. Her eyes roll and her limbs move erratically. After a pitiful struggle, the girl falls back onto the couch, eyes rolled back and her body limp, unconscious. The Intruder holds the rag over her mouth for a few moments longer then discards it on the couch. He has time for some fun before she wakes back up... The Intruder lays out the girl on the couch then sits down on the other end with her feet. He gently unties Sarah's unique shoelaces from her favorite high-top shoes. One by one he removes the girl's shoes and socks, stripping her down to her bare feet. His gloved hands caress her feet, soles, and toes while she lays limp on the couch, unaware of what is being done. After some fun the Intruder lifts up the KO'd girl and brings her down to the floor, rolling her face down and positioning her arms behind her back. He takes out a length of cord and wraps it tight around Sarah's wrists, binding them behind her back. He flips her back over and caresses her with gloved hands until she slowly regains consciousness.

Sarah gradually wakes up into a world of fright with a killer straddling over her, a camera in her face recording her frightened reactions. The gloved hand puts one finger to her lips, urging the terrified victim to stay quiet. She whimpers in terror and wiggles to move away, but with her hands tied behind her back and her mind panicking with fear she stands no chance. The Killer easily slides one hand around the vulnerable victim's throat and manually chokes her with one hand. Sarah's bare feet kick out on the floor as she rolls back and forth struggling for air. The Killer chokes her relentlessly as she writhes in pain. He increases the pressure, choking her out with two hands tight around her neck. Sarah tries to scream but it is caught up in her asphyxiated throat. The Killer squeezes her neck relentlessly and the bound young woman can do nothing but submit to the darkness. Soon it overtakes her and she goes limp with her eyes partway open, choked out by the Killer. She looks near death but a faint pulse remains... The Killer examines his victim closely while she is out of commission, running his hands along her hair and the side of her body.

The choked out girl wakes up once more into a world of pain and terror. The Killer sits down on the couch and manhandles the weak young woman into a seated position right in front of him, balanced against the couch. He takes out another length of cord and quickly wraps it around Sarah's neck as a deadly ligature. She lurches forward in an effort to escape but it just causes the ligature to strangle her all the harder. Her bare feet kick out into the air while she is balanced in the Killer's lap. He pulls tight on the ligature and crushes the victim's windpipe. She coughs and spasms in pain as the ligature strangles her relentlessly. Sarah puts up a struggle but there is no hope for her. The Killer holds on tight until she goes totally limp with her eyes frozen open and her tongue sticking out in a death expression. The dead strangled girl lays limply against the couch as the Killer gently brushes her face and feels her neck. He wraps a hand around each side of her head then snaps her neck to ensure she is deceased. He drops her corpse to the floor and examines her dead body closely, posing her in a few positions on the floor and then couch as he examines his fresh victim with her shoes and sock discarded on the floor nearby.
